State Police say a local man is accused of scamming thousands of dollars from close to twenty residents after they paid him to plow their driveways this winter but he failed to do so.
After contracting with the residents, 39-year-old Chad Brockman allegedly took the payments upfront.
The Ontario man is charged with 17 counts of scheming to defraud in the first and second degree as well as a half-dozen counts of petit larceny.
