An Ontario man is facing multiple charges after a Sunday morning domestic incident.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Robert Nielsen-Swartsberg pushed a female victim and threw items at her in the presence of a child under the age of 17. He is also accused of smashing her cell phone which has been valued at roughly $1800.
When deputies tried to arrest Nielsen-Swartsberg, he resisted, leading to a brief altercation.
He has been charged with Criminal Mischief, Harrassment, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Rsisiting Arrest, and Obsturction of Governmental Administration.
Nielsen-Swartzenberg is to appear in the Town of Ontario Court
