A Wayne County man has been arrested on resisting arrest and attempted criminal mischief charges.
Jason Crestuk was arrested following the investigation of a disturbance on February 20th. It is alleged that Crestuk struck a deputy’s patrol car with a cane and then physically resisted when being placed under arrest.
The 49-year-old Town of Ontario man was released following his CAP arraignment to appear in court at a later date.
