The investigation into a domestic dispute in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a 30-year-old Ontario man.
Christopher Kowalski is accused of intentionally punching the victim in the head while at a gas station in the town of Ontario. Kowalski was taken into custody and charged with harassment.
Kowalski is set to appear in Ontario Town Court at a later date for a future court appearance.
