Ontario County Woman Arrested on Violation of Probation Warrant

A Phelps woman was arrested Saturday morning by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a violation of probation warrant out of Ontario County.

62-year-old Amy Blair was taken into custody and brought to the Ontario County Jail, where she was held for CAP arraignment.

Blair will answer the charge in Phelps Town Court at a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
