The investigation into a verbal family trouble early Sunday morning in Ontario County resulted in the arrest of a 30-year-old Manchester woman.
Samantha Cameron was determined by sheriff’s deputies to be the primary aggressor in the incident.
Cameron was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and endangering the welfare of a child. A refrain from Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
Cameron was released on an appearance ticket for Manchester Town Court.
