A local woman faces charges after police say they found her to be in an intoxicated condition while in the parking lot of an Ontario County school.
Vanessa Griffin was arrested after law enforcement recognized a possible sick or intoxicated driver in the parking lot of the Naples Elementary School at around 1:30 Wednesday afternoon.
The 35-year-old Naples woman will appear in Naples Court to answer DWI, driving with a 0.08% or higher blood alcohol content, and open container charges
