An Ontario County man faces charges in Schuyler County following the investigation into a complaint on State Route 79 in the town of Hector.
Timothy Tandle, of Phelps, was charged with grand larceny, criminal trespass and resisting arrest.
The 41-year-old Tandle was released on an appearance ticket for Hector Town Court.
