An Ontario County man was arrested over the weekend following the investigation into a domestic incident where he allegedly restrained the victim’s movements and choked them.
59-year-old Christopher Alford was charged with unlawful imprisonment, menacing, and criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation. Alford was placed in custody and sent to Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
Further proceedings for Alford will take place in the town of Manchester Court.
