The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Manchester man following an investigation into a physical family trouble.
36-year-old Justin Gushlaw was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.
Following the arraignment, Gushlaw was released on an appearance ticket for Manchester Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation; the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
