An inmate at the Ontario County Jail has been arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Seneca County.

30-year-old Supreme Hines was taken into custody on a warrant for failing to appear.

Hines was taken into custody at the Ontario County Jail by Seneca County authorities and transported to the Law Enforcement Center for processing and to await CAP arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
