Three months after a search warrant was executed by Geneva Police and the Ontario County SWAT Team at a Humbert Street residence, a Geneva man has been charged with drug possession.
Carlos Garcia was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance after 1.5 kilograms of cocaine was seized from the home. The 50-year-old faces additional charges pending a grand jury indictment.
Garcia, a convicted felony, remains in custody without bail.
