A 20-year-old from Oneida County was arrested by Penn Yan Police early Sunday morning after officers allegedly observed him urinating in the parking lot of a local business.
Upon making contact with Tanner Young, officers observed he was under the influence of alcohol. Young was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of alcohol under the age of 21.
Young will appear in Penn Yan Court at a later date.
