The investigation into a domestic incident in Seneca Falls resulted in an arrest.
Robert Nageldinger, no address given, was arrested after he allegedly subjected a woman to unwanted physical contact after punching her in the face repeatedly and choking her.
Nageldinger was charged with harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing and was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
