An Olean, New York man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant issued out of Tyre Town Court.
The bench warrant was issued to Craig Bleau for failing to appear in court on the original charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Bleau was turned over to Corrections to await CAP Court and is scheduled to appear at the Tyre Town Court on a later date.
