A traffic stop on County Road 14 in the town of Catharine resulted in the arrest of an Odessa man.
The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Department reports 25-year-old David Chapman was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a BAC Above .08 and Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.
Chapman was released on tickets to appear in Catharine Town Court.
