An Odessa man was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a domestic violence incident.
Caleb Bennett was charged with criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment for his alleged role in an incident that happened on Mitchell Hollow Road in the village of Odessa.
The 25-year-old Bennett was released on an appearance ticket for Village of Odessa Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
