A Newark woman was ticketed by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for following too closely following her involvement in a two-car accident on Tuesday afternoon in Walworth.
Amy Ladd was driving west when she rear-ended a car that was stopped to turn left on Larraine Drive. A juvenile passenger in Ladd’s car was taken to Newark-Wayne Community Hospital by Western Wayne Ambulance with minor injuries.
The Walworth Fire Department assisted on the scene.
