An 18-year-old from Newark was arrested Saturday following the investigation into a larceny complaint at the Newark Walmart store.
Vanity Kelly is accused of selecting items valued at $148.97 from within the store and then leaving the store without paying for them.
Kelly was charged with petit larceny and released on an appearance ticket for Newark Court.
