A Newark man has been charged with reckless endangerment following an incident in Palmyra.
It is alleged that Joseph Lamb and his girlfriend argued inside his car. When she attempted to leave the car, the 37-year-old accelerated when she was halfway out, potentially causing serious physical injury.
Lamb was taken to Wayne County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
