Newark Man Charged With Grand Larceny Following del Lago Incident

Authorities in Seneca County arrested a Newark man this afternoon for allegedly stealing $1,400 from another person while at del Lago Resort and Casino.

Scott Smith, Junior was charged with grand larceny.

Smith was released on an appearance ticket for Tyre Town Court.
