A traffic stop early Sunday morning in the town of Macedon resulted in the arrest of a 39-year-old Newark man.
Joseph Becker was charged with DWI Common Law, DWI with a BAC of .08 of 1% or higher, aggravated unlicensed operation, moving from lane unsafely, and failure to keep right. Becker was transported to Newark Wayne Community Hospital where he voluntarily provided a blood sample which yielded a .15 BAC.
Becker was released on tickets to appear in Macedon Town Court.
