A Newark man was arrested on Memorial Day by State Police.
Adam Rapp had an active warrant out of Newark Village Court for a charge of aggravated harassment stemming from a domestic violence incident that occurred in February.
Following his arrest, Rapp was sent to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
