The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Newark man after several failed court appearances.
Deputies arrested Rodrick Lampley, age 47, of East Union Street in the Village of Newark after a Bench Warrant was issued out of the Lyons Town Court. Mr. Lampley failed to appear for his court date multiple times in a row for the charges of Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the second degree and Trespassing.
Mr. Lampley was held for CAP arraignment and is set to be arraigned on 2/6/23 at 7:00 PM.
