A one-car rollover accident on State Route 14 in the town of Phelps resulted in a Newark man being charged with drunken driving.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Joseph Thayer struck a guard rail at 751 State Route 14 which caused his car to roll over.
Thayer was brought to Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
