A Newark man has been charged with robbery and grand larceny for an incident that happened at a home on Washington Street in the Wayne County village.
Samuel Luyando is accused of taking a purse directly off of a woman on the porch of 216 Washington Street.
According to Newark Police, the alleged incident happened on June 11th.
