Penn Yan Police ticketed a Newark man for allegedly driving on a suspended license in the Yates County village.
37-year-old Nicholas Foster was spotted driving in the village while having a suspended license.
Foster was ticketed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
