Newark Police have arrested a 30-year-old Newark man for allegedly assaulting a 62-year-old man at a gas station.
Nicholas Kouwe is accused of punching the man in the face, which resulted in the victim suffering a concussion and whiplash.
Kouwe was charged with assault and was sent to Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
