Neighbor Dispute Leads to Arrest of Yates County Man

A disturbance between neighbors in Yates County Friday morning resulted in the arrest of a Dundee man.

Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a home on Union Street for the disturbance. An investigation revealed that 31-year-old Dylan Force allegedly displayed a knife to another resident. Force was arrested on a harassment charge.

Following his arrest, Force was brought to Yates County Jail to await arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
