A Naples woman was arrested Saturday by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant issued out of Genesee County Family Court.
31-year-old Lacy Leach was taken into custody on the unspecified offense.
Leach was transported to a location where she was turned over to the custody of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
