A Montour Falls resident has been arrested on a riot charge.
46-year-old April Ball was arrested in connection with an alleged incident that happened on August 1st on West Main Street in the village of Montour Falls.
Ball was also charged with criminal possession of stolen property.
Ball was released on an appearance ticket for Montour Falls Village Court.
