A Montour Falls man will appear in Dix Town Court at a future date following his arrest by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.
Samuel Sale as charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.18% and vehicle and traffic laws folloing a traffic stop on State Route 14 in the town of Dix.
Following his arraignment, Hale was released on Uniform Traffic ticket for Dix Town Court.
