A Montour Falls man was arrested Friday morning by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant.
The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office turned over Jonathan Webb, who they had in custody, to Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies.
Webb was brought to Yates County Jail to await CAP Court arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
