The investigation into a domestic violence incident in Schuyler County resulted in the arrest of a Montour Falls man.
Jason Osborne was charged with criminal mischief for an alleged incident that happened on State Route 14 in the town of Dix.
The 40-year-old Osborne was released on an appearance ticket for Town of Dix Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
