A complaint on South Genesee Street in Montour Falls resulted in the arrest of a Montour Falls man.
According to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, Ricardo Castellar was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance following their investigation.
Castellar was released on an appearance ticket for Montour Falls Village Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
