A Monroe County man was arrested Monday night on warrants issued out of two Ontario County town courts.
Brandon Hinman is accused of failing to appear on a petit larceny charge in Hopewell Town Court and on a theft of services charge in Victor Town Court.
Following his arraignment, the 40-year-old Greece man was released on appearance tickets for Victor and Hopewell Town Courts.
