The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Town of Penfield Man following a suspicious condition in the Town of Macedon.
Deputies arrested Roberto Dejesus, age 50, of Fondiller Ave in the Town of Penfield for an active warrant for Assault in the third degree out of Rochester Police Department. The charges stem from a suspicious condition where Mr. Dejesus’ vehicle was parked in the laneway of the Walmart Parking lot with front end damage and the hazard lights active. Upon further investigation Deputies learned that Mr. Dejesus had an outstanding warrant out of Rochester Police Department.
Mr. Dejesus was arrested on the warrant and turned over to Rochester Police Department where he will answer the charge.
