A Middlesex man was arrested by the Penn Yan Police Department following a traffic stop on Maple Avenue.
William Lanphear was observed driving a car on Maple Avenue while allegedly having a suspended New York State driver’s license. Lanphear was issued UTT’s for aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation.
Lanphear was released on appearance tickets for Penn Yan Village Court.
