A Marion woman has been arrested on grand larceny charges in Ontario County.
59-year-old Denise Baylor was arrested following an investigation into her use of the victim’s accounts while appointed as power of attorney.
Baylor was issued an appearance ticket for Hopewell Town Court and will answer the charge at a later date.
