The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says a Marion man was taken into custody Tuesday evening on a Family Court bench warrant.
Deputies say 41-year-old Joshua Lawliss was arrested Tuesday night for an alleged support violation.
Lawliss was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
