An early Sunday morning family trouble at a home on County Road 7 in the town of Manchester resulted in the arrest of a 56-year-old Manchester man.
It is alleged that Wilfredo Ofarril started a physical altercation and threw multiple items in the household in front of five children.
Ofarril was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and was being held at the Ontario County Kail pending Centralized Arraignment
