A warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court resulted in the arrest of a local man.
The warrant for Misaiah Hymes was issued in response to his failure to appear in court on a charge of petit larceny. Hymes was in the custody of the Waterloo Police Department for unrelated charges.
Hymes was transported by the Waterloo Police Department to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
