A Wayne County man was arrested Sunday night after he allegedly headbutted another person during a disturbance in the town of Palmyra.
30-year-old Ryan Nesbitt’s charges stem from a physical confrontation that allegedly occurred after he verbally confronted the other male. The victim did suffer an injury as a result of the confrontation.
Nesbitt, who resides in Marion, was charged with assault and will appear in Palmyra Town Court at a later date.
