Seneca Falls Police arrested a man on Wednesday morning on a warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court.
The warrant for Michael Neff was issued after he allegedly failed to appear before the court. Neff was turned over to the Seneca Falls Police Department after being located on a traffic stop in another undisclosed jurisdiction.
Neff was transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
