One man is facing Criminal Mischief and Endangering the Welfare of a Child charges after an incident in Cato early Wednesday morning.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, just after 1:00a, Brock Cordway allegedly intentionally damaged a victim’s cellphone during a dispute in the presence of children under the age of 17.
Cordway was arrested and is scheduled to appear in Cato Town Court at a later date and time.
