A 22-year-old man from Rochester was arrested Thanksgiving morning for a reported larceny that occurred at the Von Maur store at the Eastview Mall.
Yomma Freedom Qingyow was charged after he allegedly concealed a grey North Face Jacket valued at $260 and proceeded to leave the store without paying for it.
Qingyow was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
