The report of a suspicious person on Granger Street in the city of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a Clearwater man.
An investigation determined Christopher Fulenwider was soliciting business from residents for Frontier without a permit from the city of Canandaigua.
Fulenwider was charged with solicitation without a permit and was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
