The Macedon Police Department reports a repeat arrest.
Officers say 31-year-old Cory Myers of Victor was arrested for petit larceny — his second arrest by Macedon Police.
Myers was released with an appearance ticket for Macedon Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
