Macedon Man Charged With Petit Larceny in Ontario County

A Macedon man has been arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a petit larceny charge.

Dustin Proctor is accused of taking approximately $68 worth of merchandise from the Victor Walmart store without rendering payment.

Proctor was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
