A Macedon man faces charges in Seneca County following his arrest in the town of Tyre.
54-year-old Kenneth Hillen was found to be in the presence of a protected party which Hillen was court-ordered to stay away from by a Class A Order of Protection.
Hillen was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
